Merchandise purchased at lilleashop.com may be returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt, but only if accompanied by an original receipt and if each returned item is in its original condition. Merchandise that is special order cannot be returned unless damaged. Refunds are not issued except in the case of merchandise that arrives damaged and that we are unable to replace. All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date that the credit is issued. Orders that are placed for merchandise that is listed on our website as a "special order" are not cancelable after the order has been placed, and such items cannot be returned except for certain damaged merchandise.

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 5-8 business days after receipt of your order. International orders may take longer.

For orders being shipping outside the U.S., we make every effort to keep shipping fees as reasonable as possible. Once you receive a revised shipping fee from us via email after you have placed your order, you may cancel the order should you find it unacceptable.
